Continuity Consulting provides certified Project Managers (PMP) and Program Managers (PgMP), who utilize widely accepted standards established by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). We provide a variety of project management services including the management of information technology projects, development of project and program management offices (PMOs), and project management mentoring. We can also serve as an Independent Project Oversight Consultant, providing an independent review of project management work products and processes to ensure that guidelines and standards are being followed and that the project is operating effectively.
