Continuity Consulting led a project to reengineer a funding request and document submission process with complex State and Federal requirements. The project impacted several programs and State of California Departments, including all 58 counties. A clear, consistent, and auditable approach was implemented to ensure timely decisions with reduced escalations. To ensure a smooth transition to the new processes, a Change Management and Communication Strategy was implemented during the project. The project concluded with training being provided to all stakeholders statewide.
“I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your work on the Re-engineering project. I appreciated your constant vigilance to the process -- keeping the groups on track, providing draft materials in advance, setting and staffing a myriad of additional meetings, and most importantly -- being attentive to the group culture.”

Continuity Consulting has experienced process engineers who utilize industry standard tools and practices in order to fundamentally reengineer and dramatically improve how organizations do their work. We collaborate with our clients to translate their business needs into real operational savings and service improvements. Leveraging our in-depth knowledge and expertise in process improvement, business operations, strategic planning, enterprise architecture, financial analysis, project management and organizational change we help our clients transform their organizations and achieve operational efficiency.
First, we help our clients answer the question: “Are we doing the right things?” by assessing the organization’s mission, strategic goals, and customer needs. When the strategic goals align with the mission and customer needs, we then address the second question: “How do we do these things right?” by first analyzing the business processes and then reengineering them in order to optimize critical performance measures such as cost, quality, and speed. Finally, an implementation plan is created as a roadmap for how to roll out new and improved processes.
To ensure the successful completion of any Process Improvement project, Continuity Consulting has certified Project Managers (PMP), who utilize a variety of tools and methods based on Six Sigma, Lean, TQM and other widely accepted process and quality improvement standards.
