Continuity Consulting was founded in 2002 for the purpose of establishing a different kind of consulting company, one with a mission extending beyond profit maximization. Our goal was to attract clients who desired to work with an outside firm in a collaborative manner and who recognized the value of a trusted partner. To ensure the highest levels of service and client satisfaction, we set out to build a team of consultants of high character, passionate about serving client needs. We did this by creating a culture devoid of corporate politics, one that encourages consultants to unleash their creative energies in a team environment built upon shared values.
Today we serve a variety of clients in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Although our service offerings continue to evolve based upon changing client requirements, and the growth of our in house expertise, our role as an independent trusted advisor remains the same. Whereas our delivery methodologies are built around industry standards and best known methods, our approach is always pragmatic and focused on real world solutions.
This pragmatic approach is the result of the diverse experience of our consultants. Most of our consultants come from executive or senior management positions within both the public and private sectors. They have served as Chief Information Officers, Operations Directors, Program Managers, or Project Managers, and have personally faced many of the challenges our clients are dealing with in today’s complex and evolving market.
